We are health educators on a mission to arm women with the information we need to be our best self-health advocates – in midlife and beyond! We lead workshops and retreats that bring midlife women together in community to learn about the menopause transition – the impact on our bodies, our brains, our relationships, our work, our sleep, our LIVES. We provide practical guidance based on the most current research and menopause care champions. We share health practices, tools and resources, all within an age-positive, supportive community of women. There are better ways to do this transition and we want to help every woman find the best way for her, and to remind her that she is not alone – all women experience menopause. Collectively, informed women can change the way women experience menopause in our society! We welcome midlife women of all ages and stages of the menopause transition, typically ranging from 40-65 years old. We encourage younger women to get ahead of the curve by arming themselves with knowledge and self-health advocacy skills. We encourage women who are 'through it' to take another look at the strategies and practices that maximize healthspan and minimize the health impact of hormone loss. Every woman's experience is unique and valid, and education is key to navigating this transition and living your next chapter with power and purpose. You are never alone in this — all women go through menopause!

Knowledge is the foundation for self-advocacy and informed decision-making during the menopause transition. By arming women with evidence-based information about their bodies, brains, and health, we transform fear and confusion into confidence and agency.

No woman should navigate menopause alone. We create supportive spaces where women lift each other up, share experiences, and find strength in our collective journey through this universal life transition.

Menopause has been a taboo topic for too long. By speaking openly about our experiences and fostering awareness in workplaces and communities, we dismantle stigma and create cultural change for current and future generations of women.
