You've tried the sleep hygiene checklist. No screens after 8, magnesium before bed, the white noise machine. And you're still lying awake at 2am, watching your thoughts spiral. The problem isn't your habits — it's that most sleep advice treats rest like a logistics problem. It isn't. Art of Sleeping Well is a 10-week live group program for women who are ready to stop managing their sleeplessness and start understanding it. Drawing on Ayurveda, circadian rhythm science, nervous system work, and honest conversation about emotions and energy, this program goes where sleep hygiene never does. Over ten weeks, you'll explore your relationship with sleep, learn what your biology is actually asking for, work through the emotional patterns that keep you tossing, and discover tools — including some you've never heard of — for building rest that genuinely nourishes you. This is for women who want to understand their bodies, not just troubleshoot them.

Art of Sleeping Well runs for 10 weeks beginning October 6th. Sessions are held live on Tuesdays at 12pm EST and Wednesdays at 5pm EST — same content, different times. Attend one or both each week. All sessions are recorded and available after. The program builds week by week, so attending in sequence is encouraged. Access materials and recordings through your Holistic Health Hub account.
By the end, you will understand what your sleep patterns are actually telling you — and have a personal toolkit for working with them instead of against them
You'll walk away with a sustainable daily rhythm grounded in Ayurvedic and circadian principles that supports rest without rigidity
By the end, you will have moved from managing your sleeplessness to genuinely resting — falling asleep with less anxiety, staying asleep more consistently, and waking feeling nourished
Ten weeks from now, you could understand your sleep in a way you never have — and finally feel it.
