You lie down. You're tired. And then your mind starts. The list, the worry, the replay of the conversation from earlier, the thing you forgot to do. You know the feeling — and you also know that telling yourself to just relax doesn't work. Sleep, the Busy Mind & Ayurvedic Balance is a live conversation between Jill Vroman and Kerry Pinkham, Ayurvedic Health Consultant and Yoga Teacher, on what's actually happening when your mind won't quiet at night. Drawing on Ayurvedic principles, they'll walk through the common imbalances that show up as a racing mind, restless sleep, and low energy — and more importantly, what you can do to move back into balance. The session closes with 15 minutes of guided meditation designed to teach your nervous system how to let go and move into rest. Come curious. Leave quieter.

This is a single live session on September 29th from 7:00–8:15pm EST. Join via Zoom using the link above. No registration required beyond saving your spot. The session moves from teaching to discussion to a closing guided meditation. Come with your questions.
By the end, you will understand what Ayurvedic imbalances are and how they show up in your sleep — and have at least one concrete tool to work with them
You'll walk away having experienced a nervous system practice designed specifically for the transition into rest
By the end, you will have a clearer picture of why your mind does what it does at night — and why that's not a permanent condition
Let's remind it. September 29th, 7:00pm EST.
